Hooping Fitness Class - Multi-level (beginner/intermediate)  
You will learn basic hoop moves that will get you comfortable moving the hoop around and off your body.   We
teach you how to work you entire body in one class.  It will challenge the beginner as well as the intermediate
hooper. This 45 min. class for everyone will burn calories and get you fit while having fun!
 Hooping increases
flexibility in your back and is low-impact.   It's been proven that hooping can burn up to 110 calories in 8 minutes,
as many calories as running an 8-minute mile.
  Wear comfortable exercise clothing.  Natural fiber clothing
works best, because it will help the hoop stick to you.

Hoopilates  
A 50 min class for all levels that combines part Pilates and part hula hooping with stability exercises, spine
rotation, balance work, and fun.  A fantastic waist trimming, abdominals, and all over body toning cardio
workout.  Fitness Hula Hoops are weighted and larger than ordinary hoops weighing 1.5-3 lbs.  These are not the
hula hoops you used as a kid.  The large size means that they are easier to control and workout your
mid-section.  Please bring an exercise mat to class.

Cardio Hoops
Thirty minutes of high-energy cardio exercise using the hula hoop.  Get a flat stomach, a quick cardio blast, and
feel like a kid again while you hula hoop your way to 6-pack abs.   Your abs are engaged the whole class and you
can feel the fat melting off your mid-section.  Work every muscle group with this heavy duty Fitness Hula Hoop,
weighing 1.5-3 lbs.  Hooping burns between 300-400 calories in just 30 minutes.
