Privates are an excellent way for new students to be introduced to Pole Perfect Fitness and learn what
the workout and movement is all about. For existing students, Privates offer a way to correct their
workout. Privates help students develop a high level of confidence in their skills.
The first 45 minutes of a Private consists of a challenging warm-up. The remainder of the session is
tricks. For existing students, the warm-up may be limited if the Private is booked immediately following
their class.
