LEVEL 1  FUNDAMENTALS CLASS

This is a 1 1/2 hour combination class of stretching, floor moves, core strengthening,
pole skills and fitness that is fun while truly taught for every women. These classes
teach you the first moves in how to spin and glide your way around the pole.  Come
and slim your silhouette while having fun and building self esteem.  This is a 6 week
course that meets once a week for 1 1/2 hours.  Each week you learn new material
and your last class is reviewed.
