Free Pilates Mat Group lesson (provided by Fit Nola a part of NORDC), Nola Hooping Parties, Hula Hooping Rentals for events, family reunions, fundraisers, Wellness Pilates for companies, Pilates lessons for hotels guests and staff. We can bring our mat to your location for a private pilates lesson or include several of your colleagues and friends.

I would say that I am athletic and have done yoga and Pilates in the past. However I will say this is not the case for the majority of the bachelorette party members. Our instructor made the class enjoyable and easy to understand different fitness exercises. We did this class as a part of our bachelorette trip for a friend so of course we brought our own colored wigs to make it even more fun. They had the fluffy boas at the place for a fun pictures. I would 100% recommend doing this class if you’re looking for something fun to do with your friends or some thing new to just try out!”
