Intro to Pole – All Levels Welcome
Want to try just one pole fitness class to see what the hype is all about? This class is a drop-in class for basic and beginner level students. Decide to stay and we will apply your Intro class payment to a class package if you like.
4 Week Pole Fitness Class: All Levels
In this All Levels Pole Class you work at the pole level you are on. It’s for everyone. Whether you have never touched a pole or a veteran on the pole. You may take this class even if you have never been on the pole.
Beginner/Essentials Pole Classes
Beginner/Essentials Pole Classes consist of learning the basics and essentials of pole, including proper body positioning, pole approach, and pole skills with transitions. This class will help you build endurance to lift your body weight in an up right position. This combination class is great for every woman and consist of stretching, floor moves, core strengthening and pole skills. These classes teach basic moves in how to spin and glide your way around the pole. Come and slim your silhouette while having FUN and building self esteem.
Intermediate Pole Class
Intermediate Pole Class consist of learning various pole skills that teach you the art of lifting your weight on a side angle. You will learn dynamic flying spins and heighten your experience as you climb your way to the top of the pole. You will be enhancing your speed, core strength conditioning, and dynamic poses. This class will increase upper body strength, create stronger abs and quads in a FUN fit way, while preparing you for the ultimate advanced vertical level.
Advanced Pole Level Class
Advanced Pole Level Class is made for true vertical masters. Learn pole skills, slides, and crawls that consist of lifting your body weight completely inverted (upside down). This class will increase your upper body strength and tone your abs and thighs. This is serious vertical strength for real vertical fitness stars! Watch the magic unravel as you perform aerial pole fitness dynamics and enhance your inverted pole skills with complex combinations. This is the ultimate Pole Perfect Fitness class for the truly advanced student!
